In case you are availing services for investing in via financialhospital.in  website or app, you are required to provide your personal information which includes but not limited to Name, Address, PAN number, DOB, Bank Account details, etc (collectively KYC Information) at the time of availing such services/products. The collection of all these data are mandatory as per governing bodies (SEBI and AMFI) in order to facilitate the online transaction and allot funds in coordination with AMCs.

We also collect your demographic details (referred as “log files") which includes but not limited to IP, location, gender, etc for maintaining the internal records and to improve our offerings.

The information we collect (as stated in “Collection of Data”) will be used for following purposes

1. For conducting your Know Your Customer registration as required by governing bodies (SEBI and AMFI)
2. Providing consultations addressing the specific issue or issues as per request of client
3. providing with an analysis and recommendations to guide toward the achievement of your objectives.
4. It may limit its analysis to those areas indicated.
5. The Client understands that information regarding specific issues not revealed to or analyzed by It may have a direct impact on the suitability or accuracy of specific recommendations given.
6. FH’s recommendations and services conclude upon the delivery of the Financial advice or plan, however, the Client is encouraged to re-engage the FH in the future.
7. Issuing suitability statement in respect of its advice as per the regulation.
8. FH would monitor the assets in the accounts and advise rebalancing the assets in the accounts from time to time.
9. For completing your request for services passing your request to registered bodies.
10. For delivering you alerts/notifications related to your investments 
11. For periodically sending your emails and SMSs about your Investments, or any other information which we think may be interesting to you.
12. Calling to know your investment needs
13. The Company will store this data as long as we believe it to be necessary and appropriate in order to provide and manage our services.

*You, at any point of time can unsubscribe from our mailing list if you do not wish to receive any promotional or informational emails from us. However, this excludes transactional emails which get triggered at the time of transaction related activity initiated from your end

Sharing of Data

We may share or transfer information, including Personal Information, internally within our group of companies.

We also share Personal and other Information with third parties, when this is required in order to provide, maintain or improve our services and operation. This is the case with third party advertisements and affiliates; we share your information with third parties for the purpose of providing you with advertisements and offers we or third parties think you may be interested in.
